AUTOMATIC CONTROLLED PAPERBOARD CONVEYER, AUTO DOWN STACKER

1. Adopting BECKHOFF system control, the stacking horizontal output adopts module with output structure design.

2. BECKHOFF controls the belt speed and precise digital synchronization with the bonding machine.

3. The cardboard stacking adopts BECKHOFF control, servo driven main motor, and automatic lifting structure. There are two forms of lifting: manual control and automatic control.

4. BECKHOFF program automatically controls belt speed change, and change orders under PMS system control for corrugated cardboard fast output.

5. It can slowly descend and maintain a difference of about 50mm between the paper height and the stacking height. The last end of the conveyor bed is equipped with a set of sun wheel paper pressing wheel mechanisms.
6. Automatically adjust the distance of the baffle. Using servo motors as sensitive and reliable actuators.

7. The upper six segment PLC control outputs a maximum cardboard length of 3000mm and a maximum stacking height of 2000mm.

8. The lower five stage PLC control outputs a maximum cardboard length of 2500mm and a maximum stacking height of 1500mm.

The production line system use our new BECKHOFF electrical control system, is the most advanced digital control system in China market now, and most of the current market other manufactures still uses old-fashioned PLC control. It uses two set of super controllers, (Intel industrial PC controller), one for control, one for data backup, any problems of one controller, it can switch to another controller instantly. Thus its data security has basically reached 100% guarantee, so customers don't have to worry about the equipment not working just one PLC breaks down and the whole line might stop like the old PLC control system and more intelligent.

As the PC level controller used, the new system also comes with the self-learning function of big data, realizing foolproof automation control, thus it does not require operators to have rich experience to operate the equipment, which will greatly save manpower and reduce energy consumption for customers, and improve the production quality of cardboard.

At the same time, it adopts the latest fiber optic communication and ring network for data transmission of each devices in the production line. Compared with traditional PLC analog communication, it can prevent any signal interference from causing unstable production on the production line, expecially in the middle east dessert area.

On the main control station, customer's operators can achieve automatic temperature, glue application, tension, gap clearance, and pressure control of the equipment. The remote maintenance and monitoring system equipped in the production line allows our engineers in China to provide services and problem solution to customers through the remote maintenance system. And it all meets the EU CE standard, and each control cabinet is equipped with the independent air condition to keep the temperature is suitable for the electrical parts, good for the middle east hot areas.

In total the production line design has advantages in high strength cardboard production and intelligent stable control system.
