The Computer Controlled Helical Knife CUT-OFF MACHINE, is controlled by independent unit system, the computer system is selected with Alternate Current(AC) servo control system of UK CT, more strong of cutting effect, one-thousandth second as a control unit, can trace with fast speed, with short response time, high precision for cutting, might overcome the limit of cutting length to speed.
The knife shaft is tested and modified by dynamic balance, with windage adjustable bearing, higher rotation precision, more stable for cutting cardboard.
One step of gear drive, higher drive efficiency, faster response, connected with precise gear expanding bush, drive without clearance, ensure the joggle of the knife edges precisely.
The speed of independent Inlet and outlet motors are adjusted by frequency conversion to be suitable to the speed of cardboard automatically. Synchronization belts drive, high efficiency, less noise.
