Carton Plant Digital Management System Integrated with WEST RIVER BECKHOFF CONTROL SYSTEM

The main operation process is shown in the figure :

1. Office:

Hardware: computer.

It mainly provides office staff to operate on-site orders (add, delete, modify), view production status, and view historical completion status through TCP-IP network protocol.

2. Master control:

Hardware: computer, all equipment are controlled in the main control room, and operation is realized through real-time EtherCAT I/O.

Break down the order to the demand parameters of each machine, be responsible for the transmission of the order data TO slitter machine, crosscutter machine, and stacker machine, summarize and store the production data of each machine, and store the order completion data.

General control system: responsible for controlling and data acquisition of each machine in the whole production line (including cutter off system, glue machine system, single facer system).

3. Glue machine:

Hardware: HMI interface.

It is mainly responsible for the order data transmission of the hot plate part, the double-facer binding part and the overpass deviation system of the production line, collecting the actual production parameters of each machine, and transmitting them to the dry end server computer for storage, and displaying the production data of the production line display board.

4. Single facer 3:( for 7Ply)

Hardware composition: HMI human-machine interface.

It is mainly responsible for the order data transmission of the first single facer, collecting the actual production parameters of the single facer, and transmitting them to the master computer for storage.

5. Single facer 2: (for 5Ply)

Hardware composition: HMI human-machine interface.

It is mainly responsible for the order data transmission of the second single facer, collecting the actual production parameters of the single facer, and transmitting them to the master computer for storage.

6. Single facer 1: (for 3Ply)

Hardware composition: HMI human-machine interface.

It is mainly responsible for the order data transmission of the third single facer, collecting the actual production parameters of the single facer, and transmitting them to the master computer for storage.

7. Ringing interface:

After opening the bell ringing information panel, the pre-set information can be sent to the production line dashboard.

8. Produced orders:

By selecting a date, the production data within the date range can be queried, and pressing F7 can generate the report.

9. Production report:

Daily and monthly reports can be viewed in the cadre production management system or office production management system, and the production status can be viewed through the reports
