II. Technical Description of Major Components
1. Scoring part
(1) Each group of scoring units are driven by an independent deceleration motor and positioned by computer control.
(2) It is equipped with pre-scoring line and press wheel, and has male to flat scoring type.
(3) Pneumatic lifting is adopted for each group of scoring wheels.
(4) Scoring wheel drive follows cardboard speed passively.
(5) The depth of the pre-scoring wheel and the scoring wheel is adjusted manually.
2. Guiding and Scoring Shaft
(1) The paper scoring shaft adopts pneumatic lifting.
(2) Manual or pneumatic control scoring when cardboard enters the slitting section.
(3) The guiding driver adopts 3.7kW frequency conversion control, synchronizing with the glue machine.
3. Slitting section:
(1) Each group of thin blade slitter cutting unit is driven by an independent servo motor and positioned by computer control.
(2) Pneumatic lifting is used for each group of slitting cutters.
(3) Each group of slitting cutters are equipped with grinding cutter and cooling device.
(4) Slitter driver adopts 5.5kW frequency conversion control, manually or in proportion to the bonder.
(5) Steel knife comb is used as tool holder.
4. Adjustment of suction outlet
(1) The suction outlet is driven by a deceleration motor, and the electric control of positive or negative rotation.
5. Whole machine movement
(1) Servo motor drive, automatic tracing and slitting.
6. Electrical Control System
(1) The whole machine is operated by touch screen, controlled by PLC, driven by frequency converter, and order change motor is controlled by servo motor.
(2) Equipped with a control station to input orders and monitor, and provide an interface with the production management system Modbus RUT communication protocol.
(3) The pneumatic valve of the whole machine adopts Yadeke brand, and the cylinder adopts Zhaoqing production.
